**Job Summary**:

- The Clinic Coordinator/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination of activities, clinical setup, financial management, and patient care within a clinic or healthcare facility.
- Ensuring efficient operations, financial profitability, patient satisfaction, and timely reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the delivery of primary health care services, ensuring adherence to established protocols, guidelines, and standards.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective coordination and delivery of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of primary health care services, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patient needs and preferences are considered in the delivery of primary health care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care activities, produce reports on health care service utilization, and contribute to data analysis for quality improvement purposes.
- Assist in the management of resources, including staffing, supplies, equipment, and budget allocation, to support efficient and effective primary health care service delivery.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication between different healthcare disciplines to facilitate coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards in the UAE which includes (JAWDA, and other Healthcare standards.
- Stay updated with current trends, best practices, and advances in primary health care through ongoing professional development activities and training.
- Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the clinic, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall financial performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports on clinic financial performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for the clinic.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, coordinating meetings, and handling any other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on coordinating clinical setup, financial management, and patient care.
- A bachelor's/master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and expense control.
- Experience with Dental & Derma departments would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare processes to effectively coordinate clinical setup and patient care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination, correspondence, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate reports on financial performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure clinic compliance.
