Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Convert leads into new accounts, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
