Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage budgeting, accounting, and bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with HR to handle employee salary administration, including payroll processing and benefits management.
- Oversee PRO duties, including company registration and documentation, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and notes, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Familiar with crypto wallets and record transactions involving such as USDT.
- Handle various forms of payment, including cash, cheques, and bank transfers, and ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
- Report to the company main office manage day-to-day operations, with 80% of work hours based at the Dubai Gold Souk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and operations management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and accounting practices.
- Experience with cooperating with HR, regarding tasks such as payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Familiarity with PRO duties, including company registration processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, managing third-party payment solutions, and handling cryptocurrency transactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to finance, HR, and operations management in the UAE.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
