Your main role is to ensure the smooth running of the CEO professional life, handling a variety of tasks ranging from scheduling and correspondence to running errands and coordinating appointments.
- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Ensure timely reminders and updates for important events and deadlines.
- Prioritize the schedule based on urgency and importance.
- Filter messages and respond to routine inquiries, ensuring all communications are efficiently managed.
- Organize travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and activities.
- Prepare travel packs with relevant documents (itinerary, tickets, etc.) and provide logístical support during trips.
- Help with project management, research, or administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize business events, such as meetings, conferences, social gatherings, or celebrations.
- Manage invitations, venue bookings, catering, and logistics.
- Work with financial advisors or accountants as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Act as a trustworthy representative in situations requiring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Oversee the smooth running of the household, including managing household staff, maintenance schedules, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for household needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
