Table Therapy, an event company specializing in table set-up rentals, and DWISI, a luxury preloved fashion marketplace mobile app. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality services to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients of Table Therapy and DWISI, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Review and approve listings on the DWISI dashboard, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Conduct field operations, including event set-up for Table Therapy and authentication of luxury preloved fashion items for DWISI using AI technology.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking sales, and managing expenses.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of operational spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic accounting tasks.
- Filling Invoices
- Tracking Sales / Expenses
- High organization skills
- Managing & organizing stocks inventory
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work six days a week as needed.
