**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our shipping services. Provide information on shipping rates, delivery times, available services, and help customers select the best shipping options based on their needs.
**Issue Resolution**: Address any shipping issues or complaints such as delayed, lost, or damaged packages, working with internal teams to resolve them as quickly as possible.
**Tracking & Updates**: Assist customers with tracking their shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status.
**Data Entry & Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the company’s database.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s services, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including logistics, warehouse, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely shipments.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to improve services and customr satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
1- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
3- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4-Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6Proficiency with computer systems, including customer service software, Microsoft Office, and shipping management tools.
7- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
8- Only Female Required.
**Preferred Skills**:
1- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
2- skills (English,Hindi & Arabic ) are a plus.
Familiarity with tracking systems and freight management software.
