**Yogi Real Estate is seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Operations Manager for Property Management.**

We offer a wide range of property-related services, including leasing, buying, and selling residential, and commercial properties & holiday homes in Dubai, as well as property management.

With extensive experience in the emirate of Dubai, our clients pride themselves on an extensive range of products to choose from and on providing a professional, specialized service to every individual.

Key Role: You will be responsible for the overall execution and accountability of the operations of the Sales, Leasing, and Property Management departments.

**The key responsibilities of the role are as follows**:
Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Directly responsible for driving external growth through the expansion of property management services to third-party property owners, this includes implementing a business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and negotiating and closing business deals.

Serving as the main contact for investors, landlords/owners.

Inspecting properties to ensure owner standards are being met: evaluating maintenance, grounds, and administrative operations.

Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.

Develop strategic goals that will have a significant impact on the growth of the company.

Ensure operational costs are kept to a minimum.

Support fine-tuning operational methods for the departments while improving the overall efficiency of the departments.

Equip the new joiners with the knowledge, and practical skills to carry out the day-to-day work-related tasks.

Develop training methods that will provide information on various strategic action plans and reviews for the departments.

Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer service standards.

Supervise and administer the sales and leasing administrators and ensure that they adhere to the company policies and procedures.

Supervise and administer all the sales and leasing agents to ensure maximum compliance with all policies and procedures.

Ensure processes are in compliance with management policy, especially on-time lease renewals.

Prepare operational reports for the management.

Work effectively with the team members to implement various cost-effective policies and procedures and help maximize revenues, thus enhancing the profitability of the company.

Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like the Dubai Land Department, Rent Dispute Committee, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defense to ensure that all the revenue-generating departments adhere to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of Dubai.

Manage and implement new IT and technical systems and software, which can help improve the efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.

Proactively strive to have an in-depth understanding, keep abreast of the new laws and regulations of the local and international property markets, and be aware of the current legal issues of the country specifically pertaining to property law.

Implement necessary checks and balances to mitigate operational risks across all departments and to ensure the best interest of the company.

Ensure alignment of the department’s policies and objectives with the broad management policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree specializing in a property-related or equivalent experience is preferred.

a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE property industry.

Possesses an established personal and professional network of contacts with landlords, property owners, & customers.

Sector-specific knowledge of the UAE real estate industry is essential.

Possesses a thorough understanding of all the RERA laws and government and legal regulations.

Excellent knowledge of rules and regulations of the real estate industry in UAE.

Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems promptly

Ability to communicate effectively, supervise, train and direct the team.

Excellent skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Outstanding presentation & analytical skills.
