Административная поддержка:

- Обрабатывать входящую и исходящую переписку, включая электронные письма, письма и телефонные звонки.
- Организовывать и поддерживать физические и цифровые файлы, записи и документы.
- Подготавливать и распространять отчеты, меморандумы и другие документы, относящиеся к бизнесу.
- Помогать в создании и редактировании презентаций, таблиц и других задач, связанных с данными.
- Координировать организацию поездок и управлять связанными с ними расходами.
- Планирование и координация:

- Управлять календарем руководителя, назначая встречи, совещания и конференции.
- Координировать и организовывать логистику для встреч, включая бронирование конференц-залов, оборудования и питания.
- Подготовить повестку дня встречи и предоставить необходимые документы и материалы участникам.
- Фиксировать протокол и поддерживать точные записи встреч по требованию.

Обслуживание клиентов:

- Приветствовать и помогать посетителям, клиентам и покупателям в профессиональной и дружественной манере.
- Отвечать на запросы клиентов или направлять их к соответствующему лицу.
- Помогать в разрешении жалоб или проблем клиентов, обеспечивая быстрое решение.

Управление данными:

- Поддерживать и обновлять базу данных клиентов с точной и актуальной информацией.
- Помогать в создании отчетов о продажах, анализе данных и подготовке презентаций.
- Поддерживать продажи, вводя заказы клиентов и отслеживая потенциальных покупателей.

Управление офисом:

- Заказывать и поддерживать офисные принадлежности, обеспечивая их доступность и правильное управление запасами.
- Сотрудничать с поставщиками и поставщиками услуг по обслуживанию и ремонту офисного оборудования.
- Помогать в организации мероприятий и функций компании.

Конфиденциальность:

- Соблюдать строгую конфиденциальность чувствительной информации, такой как данные клиентов и стратегии компании.
- Обеспечивать соблюдение требований по защите данных и внутренних политик.

**Навыки и требования**:

- Аттестат о среднем образовании или эквивалент.
- Подтвержденный опыт работы секретарем, административным помощником или аналогичной должностью.
- Умение использовать офисное программное обеспечение (например, пакет Microsoft Office) и общие навыки работы на компьютере.
- Отличное организационное и управление временем.
- Крепкие навыки коммуникации, как устные, так и письменные.
- Умение одновременно выполнять несколько задач и правильно их расставлять по приоритетам.
- Внимание к деталям и точность в работе.
- Профессиональное и дружелюбное поведение.
- Дискретность и соблюдение конфиденциальности.
- Владение английским языком.
- Арабский язык будем плюсом.
