**What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that bring onboard new location(s) and entrepreneur(s) to the REEF Marketplace.
- Manage contract preparation, write-up and delivery, proposals and closing business deals between Real Estate owners & REEF by upholding company’s highest quality standards.
- Consolidate and review tender management initiatives across all the REEF business units
- In collaboration with Finance team, develop a business proposal with P&L considerations that shows how to get ROI for the landlord
- Partner with local teams to review and oversee the development of tender proposals on business opportunities and Account management.
- Conduct feasibility study and strive to secure existing & new location(s) for business growth, building different business modules around Real Estate.
- Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners.

**What We Want from You**
- Strong background in business analysis, financial accounting, commercial real-estate development and F&B Operations is preferred
- 5 Years relevant experience working on international business projects
- Commercial-driven with strong business acumen and an analytical mind
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with strong experience in contract negotiation (i.e lease agreement / joint venture agreement/ account management)
- Experience in engaging and building a new relationship with stakeholder and client of all level
- Proactive in sourcing for new business opportunity with the drive for continuous growth
