JOB Title: Office & Property Coordinator.

As an Office & Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Property Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements, to ensure a safe and well-functioning office environment at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Support administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing company events, and assisting employees with their needs.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of office policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assisting Employees with completing the Tenancy Contracts, Listings Forms, and listing Properties on the Online Listing Platforms (Bayut/Dubizzle/ Property Finder)
- Answer Calls and respond to inquiries, and ensure to have updated data sheets including available properties.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment and CRM.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethics and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor degree holders; additional qualifications in office administration or property management are a plus.
