**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for new hires.
- **Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
- **HR Communication**:

- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and provide clarification when necessary.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal HR-related communications.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Keep track of employee training records and assist in identifying development opportunities.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and analytics.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies, and handling correspondence.
