The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share across international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.

**2. Business Development**:

- Expand the company's presence in existing markets and enter new markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients.

**3. Sales Operations**:

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

**4. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**5. Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all international sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assess and manage risks associated with international sales operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.

- Fluency in English is Mandatory.
