We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Tele Sales Intern to assist our sales team in generating leads, managing customer interactions, and promoting our IT products and services. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment and provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills in IT sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their interest in our offerings.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for senior sales representatives.
Assist in preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any queries.
Support the sales team with market research and data analysis.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT and sales, with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous sales or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
