Dubai, United Arab Emirates Liali Events Organizing Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert them into sales for events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in both English and Arabic
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
