We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Corporate Client Relations Executive. As our Corporate Client Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our translation and attestation services to corporate clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and Target Corporate Clients: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients in various industries. Develop and implement targeted strategies to reach out to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Promote Translation and Attestation Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our translation and attestation services to corporate clients. Showcase our expertise, quality, and competitive advantages to win new business opportunities.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively pursue sales leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Work closely with the sales team to convert prospects into satisfied clients.
- Account Management: Oversee the entire client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Continuously identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports on market analysis, client feedback, and sales performance for management review.
- Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and meet clients' expectations.
- Client Retention and Expansion: Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty. Work closely with the team to exceed client expectations and identify opportunities for business expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or client relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with translation and attestation services or language industry is a plus.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages, allowing for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- UAE Driving License, enabling travel to meet clients and attend business-related events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
