Saas Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SaaS online courier market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure a seamless service offering.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote our services and expand professional connections.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field with a strong academic record (minimum GPA of 8.0).
- Proven experience of min 5 years in business development or sales in the IT or SaaS industry.
- High energy level and enthusiasm for driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and independently manage projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically.
