Our German client, a leading consulting agency in sales, marketing, strategy and pricing, is seeking an Office Manager (M/F/d) to join their dynamic team. The company offers an energetic working atmosphere and takes good care of their employees from various cultures and ethnical backgrounds working together to implement the company's vision.

As Office Manager (M/F/d) you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing support to staff and management. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and maintaining office equipment. The Office Manager (M/F/d) also serves as the point of contact for office-related issues and handles confidential information with discretion.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Support the company’s operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Maintain efficient office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments, travel arrangements
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Maximise performance and culture across the team to provide a thriving environment
- Handle confidential information with discretion Provide support to staff and management, as needed

**To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Background in similar role as a leader with office management experience
- Experience in delivering a high level of service to multi-facet customers
- Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Liaise and interact with individuals and groups of varying levels of authority
- High level of organization skills and an ability to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple functions simultaneously
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
