Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives - Administer enrollment processes and provide guidance to employees on benefits options and eligibility - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits - Conduct regular audits of benefits plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness - Work with insurance providers and vendors to negotiate and manage contracts - Analyze benefits data and prepare reports to inform management of trends and issues - Develop and deliver benefits-related communications and training for employees - Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment and claims
**Job Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field - Proven experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar HR role - Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
