HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with managers.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports for financial and audit purposes.
Assist with recruitment processes as needed, including interviewing and on-boarding.
Support employee relations by addressing grievances and conducting investigations.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand and address their HR needs.
**Qualifications**:
Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Training & Development and Payroll Management.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
**Company Visa and Medical Will be provided.**
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
