We are a regional experiential marketing and strategic company. **Responsibilities**

1. You’d have to be a chameleon that can manage ground level, on-site execution, and then morph into a superhuman planner in the office and make sure everything is in place supporting the team with their requests and managing timelines.

2. You have to be resourceful, assertive, independent, able to multitask and juggle looming deadlines while driving processes and staying on top of everything.

3. The bulk of your work lies in planning and pre-empting for the project, managing relations and liaising with clients and vendors, managing internal and external parties, and making sure that your creative vision is brought to life on-site.

4. You’d need to be able to devise realistic timelines and ensure that projects stay within a designated budget while ensuring the highest product quality is delivered.

5. You’d need to be a team player, keeping your internal team as well as ensure communications with vendors and especially clients are smooth, concise, and above all - awesome.

6. You’d need to be able to work around project processes, multitask to your best possibility, and ensure to have a solution centric mindset.

**Requirements**:

- We’re looking for people who are street-smart and can get things done, period.
- While an education is important, as this is a relatively junior position, we won’t expect stellar experience, but some interest and some experience (freelance or otherwise) would give you an upper hand.
- Being visually inclined is also important to ensure execution on-site matching the concept and vision in the plan.
- You need to be articulate and be able to communicate well with clients and vendors..
- Any capabilities in digital marketing is an added plus as we provide an array of marketing services
- Good command of English is preferred, but the ability to Arabic is also welcomed.
- Able to support a project especially events of all sizes
- You must have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and extra brownie points for Keynote users.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
