Strategic post for those who have at least 8 - 14 years working experience in large luxury (top-brand) retail chains on management level with a deep knowledge in leasing, real estate and project management in the UAE and GCC markets:
- relationship with A class malls and main real estate holdings, landlords in the UAE;
- marketing future expansions;
- dealing with designers, government economic departments, municipalities, police and civil defense requirements regarding new and under renovation projects.

- Min 14 years working experience, min 5 years on similar position, preferably in retail banking;
- Strategic Management;
- Project Management;
- Planning (Advanced);
- Negotiation;
- Leadership (Advanced);
- MS Office.
Salary will be decided as per experience of the candidate.
