**Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Arrange and maintain office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and other necessary materials.
- Monitor and manage office equipment, such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Support Services**:

- Assist in basic administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Distribute incoming correspondence and packages to relevant staff members.
- Run errands outside the office, such as delivering documents or obtaining office supplies.

**Assistance to Staff**:

- Provide assistance to staff members as needed, including making tea or coffee, serving refreshments during meetings, and assisting with minor tasks.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform occasional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers to support the efficient functioning of the office.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month

**Experience**:
