**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary

Ø _Provide support and assistance mainly to the manager/owner and to the other members of the organization when required_

Ø File and update all the information of employees

Ø Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Ø Assist in managing employee lifecycle, ensuring all documentation are up to date (i.e. Passport, Visa / Emirates ID and Health insurance)

Ø Checks regularly on the Company Licenses, Civil Defense, Lease Contracts and Policy renewals (i.e. Daman Insurance, Fire Insurance, Pest Control contracts, Fire System Maintenance contracts, Etisalat contracts, Coffee/Water machine maintenance)

Ø Prepare Quotations and Tax Invoices with relevant Payment Receipts

Ø Prepare Supplier payments via Bank Transfers/Cheques with relevant Payment Vouchers

Ø Prepare the List of Paid and Collected Tax Invoices for filing and submission of VAT Payment

Ø Pay Utility bills (i.e. Etisalat, ADDC)
