**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Onboarding**: Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our gaming website.
- ** Sales Pitch**: Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
- ** Process Explanation**: Clearly elucidate the registration, payment, and usage process to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- ** Client Support**: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
- ** Maintain Records**: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
- ** Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- ** Stay Informed**: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes on the gaming website to provide accurate information to clients.
- ** Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and retention.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the gaming or online entertainment sector.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Telegu, Gujrathi, and Marathi is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all specified languages.
- ** Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- ** Customer-centric**: A passion for understanding customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- ** Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and business requirements.
