Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Data Gathering and Customer Support Executive to join our

team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in data analysis while delivering exceptional customer

support, contributing significantly to the success of Repeat App.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, organize, and analyze restaurant data for integration onto the Repeat platform, identifying trends

and areas for enhancement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and merchants, providing exceptional support via phone,
- Ensure timely and accurate assistance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high

customer satisfaction.
- Display emotional intelligence to empathize with customers' and merchants’ needs, concerns, and

emotions.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to contribute insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, demonstrating a commitment to learning and

growth.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer support and adeptness in problem-solving.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence in addressing customer needs.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and skilled in collaborative teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
