Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Data Gathering and Customer Support Executive to join our

team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in data analysis while delivering exceptional customer

support, contributing significantly to the success of Repeat App.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and analyze restaurant data for integration onto the Repeat platform, identifying trends
and areas for enhancement.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and merchants, providing exceptional support via phone,
  • Ensure timely and accurate assistance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high
customer satisfaction.

  • Display emotional intelligence to empathize with customers' and merchants' needs, concerns, and
emotions.

  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to contribute insights for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, demonstrating a commitment to learning and
growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer support and adeptness in problemsolving.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence in addressing customer needs.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and skilled in collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
