**Sales Manager - Financial Advisory Firm**

**Location**: UAE & KSA (United Arab Emirates & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our esteemed financial and accounting advisory firm. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across the UAE and KSA regions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**: Identify prospective clients, cultivate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, and advisory professionals to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed expectations.
- **Proposal Development and Presentation**: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our firm.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all sales activities and interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
