- Greet the guest with a genuine smile and ask how to assist them in the center.
- Provides accurate waiting times and coordinates with the supervisor to avoid delays.
- Manages in person walk in customers. Escorts customers to customer service counters.
- Provides accurate information about all services and upsell Greets customers upon their departure.
- Take Reviews from customers and put it on google maps

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous work experience as Guest Relations Experience in managing reservations

Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills.

Solid MS Office skills preferably someone who studied hospitality.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- front of house in a hotel: 3 years (required)
