We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet and Event Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless planning and execution of our events.

As the Banquet and Event Coordinator at Coral Dubai Deira Hotel, you will be instrumental in managing and overseeing events. Your role will involve preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), handling inquiries, and ensuring that all event details are communicated effectively. You will work closely with both clients and internal departments to deliver exceptional service and meet the needs of every event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and promptly.
- Draft and finalize proposals, contracts, change forms, and other inter-departmental documents with precision.
- Distribute Daily Events reports to internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Handle banquet and outdoor catering sales inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales manager.
- Monitor all correspondence to ensure it complies with Coral Dubai Deira Hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Respond to group inquiries within 24 hours, checking availability and rates in the system and liaising with the respective Manager for follow-up.
- Communicate client requirements promptly and accurately to all internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of events.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to ensure events are planned and executed in a cost-effective manner, meeting both client and hotel needs.
- Tour, inspect, and monitor banquet rooms and event setups to ensure quality and presentation standards.
- Handle requests for proposals for small meetings/events, including setup, food and beverage, rooms, and audio-visual needs.
- Ensure superior guest service through diligent follow-up and communication with clients and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
