**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Selection**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled blue-collar workers such as mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within the workshop.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- **Training & Development**:
- Identify training needs for blue-collar employees and coordinate with the training department to develop relevant programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication of expectations and providing feedback to employees.
- Help develop career progression plans for blue-collar workers.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records for workshop staff.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- **Health & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
- Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working in the automotive industry or car workshops.
- Familiarity with blue-collar workforce management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
