**Full job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and build partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, corporate clients, and event organizers.
- Negotiate contracts, develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages, special deals, and excursions.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Itinerary Planning: Design and offer customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring unforgettable travel experiences.
- Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or client complaints efficiently and professionally.
**Key Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in travel and tourism management, with a proven track record in managing travel operations and leading teams.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Existing connections in the travel industry (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
