HR Officer with Experience in Education Sector

The HR Executive/ Officer is responsible to support the HR Manager with key areas of the function and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of tasks or objectives in line with the wider HR & Development Strategy.
Main Accountabilities:
Experience of Recruitment and Selection process through to onboarding process
Ensuring the implementation & adherence of various policies, processes & procedures in the organization.
Responsible for Leave Management Process.
Preparing HR reports
Maintaining Employee data, drafting employment contracts
Assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate so as to manage the team in an effective way.
Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies,
procedures and systems.
We are looking for:
Female with good communication in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business related Degree
Min. 2 years of experience in an HR role
A Team Player
Strong recruitment background and experience in performance management would be preferred.
Ability to handle multiple senior leaders
Ability to work with people from various cultural backgrounds
Ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good reporting and MS Excel skills
Proficient in MS Office & Computer Applications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
