**Job Overview**:
The HR Assistant supports HR operations within the real estate sector, ensuring compliance with Ajman labor laws and real estate industry regulations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and maintaining compliance with UAE employment standards specific to the real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in preparing job descriptions specific to roles in the real estate sector, such as sales agents, property managers, and admin staff.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they meet the licensing requirements

**Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including visa details, labor contracts, and ARRA certifications for real estate roles.
- Ensure records comply with UAE labor laws and Ajman-specific real estate regulations.

**HR Administration**:

- Prepare and distribute employment documents, including offer letters, contracts, and termination letters, adhering to Ajman real estate rules.
- Support payroll by ensuring employee time sheets, commissions, and deductions are accurate and compliant with local laws.

**Compliance and Licensing**:

- Stay updated with Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) rules affecting employee roles and ensure all employees meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist in renewing work permits, visas, and ARRA licenses.
- Monitor compliance with UAE labor law regulations on working hours, overtime, and health insurance.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and employment laws specific to Ajman’s real estate industry.
- Mediate workplace issues in coordination with the HR Manager, ensuring resolutions align with UAE labor and real estate rules.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to help employees improve skills relevant to the real estate market.

**General Support**:

- Coordinate employee health and safety requirements, particularly for on-site roles such as property management staff.
- Support event planning for team-building activities and industry networking events.
- Assist in drafting company policies and procedures compliant with UAE and Ajman real estate standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years in HR, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
- Familiarity with Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) procedures is a plus.
- **Knowledge**:

- UAE Labor Law and employment standards.
- ARRA licensing and real estate sector requirements.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based, with occasional visits to real estate sites or government offices for licensing and compliance matters.
- Full-time role adhering to UAE labor laws regarding working hours and overtime.
