- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and other compensation-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to HR transactions and employee accounts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and tax regulations.
- Prepare financial reports related to HR expenditures and budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and internal controls for HR-related financial data.
- Handle employee reimbursements, tax documentation, and other financial records.
- Support HR initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel expertise required).
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus.
- Strong ethics and confidentiality.

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
