**Job Title**:Customer Care Support

**Department**: Food & Beverage

**Reports to**: Owner & CFO, Owner & CEO

**Conditions of work**:Working 48 hours per week excluding lunch break as per the working hours’ policy in the UAE and the UAE Labour Law

**Purpose**: First point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. Answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and etc.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational accountabilities**:

- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction;
- Record and maintain customers's data;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Participate in monthly staff meeting;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Sales & Marketing accountabilities**:

- Promote the company's products and services to social media accounts, through word of mouth, referrals, and/or other means.

**Managerial accountabilities**:

- Regularly inform of any challenges at work and suggest improvement plans on operation and/or management as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Highschool, diploma, or equivalent
- Should have at least one year of experience in a similar position

**Technical competencies**:

- Basic food preparation skills;
- Understanding of general kitchen operations and food storage guidelines;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently;
**Qualities**:

- Effective communication skill;
- Customer oriented
- Organized and well planned;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Critical thinking skill;
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
