**What the job does**:
We are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Arabic Speaking PR & Advocacy Executive to join our Middle East & Australia team, to work across all areas of PR & Advocacy, focusing on driving the brand and product strategy for engaging media, VIP, influencers, and makeup artists.
This role will work very closely with the regional PR agency (based in Dubai) to develop, implement, report, and analyse strategic PR plans to launch new territories, stores, NPD, brand partnerships and brand campaigns and engage with the diverse Charlotte Tilbury audience to drive increased brand awareness and sales across the Middle East (UAE, KW, KSA, QTR, BAH).

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Support in developing strategies and exceptional PR & Advocacy plans tailored to the Middle East countries, to grow brand awareness of Charlotte Tilbury (person and brand) amongst targeted audiences and drive sales on ground and in the air.
- Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (from sales, digital, training & education, NPD, global, design and marketing) and partners to deliver integrated campaigns and relevant content across ME & AUS
- Sample Management & PR Stock ordering.
- Key reporting on KPIs and tracking results.
- Work closely with marketing to devise and deliver record breaking launch activity for each new launch (product or region)
- Propose launch plans for key NPD activity and marketing campaigns aligning with all ME Departments and bringing global PR on the journey
- Drive a digital focus to support our owned e-comm channel
- Deliver plans for securing and utilising celebrity and digital influencer credentials in ME & across all Red carpets
- Support on budget management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous PR experience
- Experience executing locally ideal (ME countries)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- A proven background in Beauty &/OR Fragrance PR experience is essential, an agency or in-house background
- Background in working with a known ME or Global personality
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Have a flexible and professional attitude
- Have exceptional organizational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
- Have experience in the digital landscape - the PR team manage all digital influencers using a took called Traackr
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with an articulate manner - written, over the phone and in person.
- Great relationship-building skills and the ability to network at all levels.
- Unflappable and enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong writing skills and a creative flair when creating reports and presentations, editing, proof-reading, and compiling documents with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Passionate about stories and current affairs, with a finger on the pulse of social and news trends
- Ability to work autonomously and at a hands-on level.
- Shows initiative and foresight.
- Displays drive, ambition and not afraid of hard work.
