- Manage and achieve financial objectives by preserving Retention, ensuring high occupancy, ascertain timely rental collections, leasing plan for the forecasted upcoming vacant units, preparing annual budgets, minimizing legal cases, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective action.
- Guide the management with regular Market Research to establish and determine the market trends and practices, based on the analysis of market reports. Also determine the likely rental value for the properties which are to be newly commissioned and also that of existing.
- Build business development activities to promote AMP Property and offer competitive pricing thus ensuring an optimal occupancy.
- Should be well versed with the local legislations to deal with the prevailing relevant situation to maintain a cordial and effective relationship with the external agencies and where necessary engage AMP legal dept. For matters that require their expertise.
- Ensure all assets are visited and monitored on a regular basis and reports are obtained on all maintenance related issues of the property, its amenities, utilities etc. from the FM Company, to ascertain concerned are meeting their deliverables and timely accomplish the work.
- Responsible to oversee that the facility management division provides effective after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment to the tenants and that all amenities and utilities and its maintenance is fully available and there is no inconvenience for the tenants.
- To review, approve and/or initiate contracts after checking to ensure they comply with the company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) prior to sign off where applicable, in other case where authorised to sign.
- Devise a training programme and skill sets for the Property and Leasing teams pertaining to leasing system, property management, policy and procedures as per company standards. Organize schedules in accordance with available resources and operational needs in order to achieve company goals and objectives. Assessing the trainees about their awareness of objectives.
- Responsible for the Leasing, Management and operation related to the properties assigned and ensure all relevant documents are organised as per AMP system and government authority regulations. Has to manage details concerning leasing issues and lease renewals and also take necessary decisions with the negotiation of lease renewal rates as per guidelines drawn by the Property Director.

**Draft standard operating procedures (SOP) and targets for Property and Leasing teams and other relative staff to ensure high level of performance in Leasing and Property management services and tenant relations.
- Establish a solid network of customer database to market the property and attract customers.
- Participate/attend property exhibitions, trade shows and forums to gather trends and patterns and present an analysis of the same to the Management with recommendations to enhance and develop the business further.
**Requirements**:
- Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years experience in UAE real estate market.
- Advanced Communication skills in English, while Arabic would be an advantage.
