We are seeking a **Female Personal Assistant/ Secretary **to the Managing Director of an Aesthetic Clinic in Business Bay

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in administrative tasks preferably in clinic setting
- With experience as Personal Assistant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and virtually.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, appointments, and various tasks efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Schedules and Calendars of MD
- Drafting and preparing documents, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
- Ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assisting with various tasks such as research, data entry, and bookkeeping.
- Liaising with other staff members or departments to facilitate projects.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Providing personal assistance such as running errands, shopping, or managing personal appointments.
- Handling personal correspondence and requests as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, or special occasions.
- Safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Addressing issues or challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions.
- Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle unexpected tasks.
- Willingness to work outside regular office hours if required.
