**What you will do**

The Key Customer Service Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Operations Lead for Service Business GCC. You will be based in Dubai and part of the Service team.

You will directly interact with our customers on a daily basis, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator and coordinator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.

**How you will do it**

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will ensure that you are compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery. You will assist in resolving customer complaints, improving customer service, and maintaining satisfied customers.

You will Contact customers and work with them to get all required documents to be able to invoice them. You will follow up on payments and ensure that we will get them on time and follow up for all open topic regarding customer payments and documentation. You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a customer focused attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our global customers.

**Required**
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar background
- 0-1 year of working experience / Internship experience in similar field
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented and customer focused.
