**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**
- Manage daily accounting functions, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, handling vendor payments and following up on outstanding client collections.

**Financial Reporting and Budgeting**
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, providing insight into the company’s financial status.
- Monitor and support budgeting activities, identifying any variances between budgeted and actual spending.

**Operation Duties**
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, answering questions about policy coverage, renewals, and claims.
- Assist clients in the claims process by gathering required documentation, submitting claims, and providing regular status updates.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain organized documentation for accounting and insurance processes to ensure accessibility and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for renewals, payments, and updates, facilitating smooth service delivery.

**Client Service and Support**
- Send timely reminders to clients for insurance renewals and premium payments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client inquiries are resolved quickly, aiming to provide excellent service and satisfaction.

**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to financial and insurance regulations and company policies.
- Support risk management efforts by maintaining compliance and accuracy in all financial and insurance operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or insurance coordination.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle complex client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
