**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the **ELV** industry, specifically related to elevators, security, automation, and communication systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable **ELV systems** (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarms, building automation, etc.).
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, installation, and service) to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **sales** within the **ELV systems** industry (e.g., security systems, building automation, elevators).
- Strong knowledge of **Extra Low Voltage** technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license (for client site visits).
- A technical background or experience in **building management systems**, **CCTV**, **access control**, or **Gate barrier.**
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Sales, Marketing**, **Engineering**, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of **2-3 years** of experience in **sales** within the **ELV, building automation**, or related industries.
