Our client is a very established and diversified local Group. They offer stable working conditions and market linked remuneration. For their ELV division in Dubai, they require a Sales Manager
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the UAE market.
- Understand the technical aspects of the market's products and implement strategic sales.
- Primary sales responsibility of - Low Voltage Systems (ELV)
- Bringing enquiries from MEP Contractors / End clients / Main Contractors / Facility Management Companies and closely work with design & estimation team for the above said systems in accordance to the given project specification / vendor list.
- Oversee / Evaluate the designed BOQ from D & E team and help preparing project submittals.
- Connect and negotiate with OEM’s / Suppliers / Sub-contractors to get necessary back-up quotes & cost-effective price with the help of D & E team to win bid.
- To attend to day-to-day inquiries and submitting quotations along with technical and commercial conditions. To follow up with the customers for product submittals in coordination with the sales support staff.
- To coordinate with the customer/consultant for getting the submittals approved.
- To understand the full scope of the payment details in respect of client, consultant and contractors. Co-ordination with D & E team and GM for negotiations and finalization of offers.
- Upon receiving LPO / Order confirmations, follow the internal process and carry internal handover (Sales to Operations) on time to speed up the project / service contract execution.
- Forward sales forecast and sales reports as required.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales works related to ELV Systems Integration (CCTV / Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, SMATV, Video & Audio Intercom, Active & Passive Network Components, Structured Cabling and backbone including Fiber Network, Gate & Boom Barrier, Physical Security Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points, Home Automation Systems and IT.
- Must have handled annual sales targets of greater than AED 3 million
**Qualification**
- B.E - Preferably Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Proficient in DPS/SIRA guidelines & regulations and Etisalat& Du (SCS) standards & approvals.
- Any certification related to Networking & Security Systems, SIRA will be an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license & Car.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Written & Verbal).
- Proven record in the UAE market.
**Salary**: AED13,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
