The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate and commercial clients to drive fleet sales for the dealership. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual who can identify potential clients, deliver tailored sales presentations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target potential fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing fleet customers.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their fleet needs and provide suitable vehicle solutions.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for fleet customers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by fleet customers promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and manage the post-delivery follow-up process.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet sales performance and market analysis.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's vehicle inventory, features, and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new vehicle models, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Experience in fleet sales or B2B sales is a significant advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
