**Position**: Fleet Sales Representative (Automotive)

As a Fleet Sales Executive you will be responsible for promoting and selling fleet vehicles to businesses and

organizations. This role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain

relationships with key clients. As a Fleet Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Team, Accounts &
Logistics Department to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be reporting to the

Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:
○ Identify and target potential fleet customers through networking, cold calling and market research.

○ Identify and target potential fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other

organizations.

○ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and organizations.

○ Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value

propositions.

○ Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales and achieve targets.

**2. Account Management**:
○ Maintain and manage a portfolio of fleet accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

○ Provide regular follow-up and support to existing clients, addressing any issues or concerns

promptly.

○ Conduct regular client meetings to understand their fleet needs and provide suitable vehicle

solutions.

**3. Market Analysis and Strategy**:
○ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

○ Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop & implement effective sales strategies.

○ Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create promotional materials & campaigns.

4. Documentation and Compliance:
○ Prepare and process Sales contracts/Agreement and other necessary paperwork.

○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including documentation standards

and data privacy.

○ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer details and transactions in the company's

CRM.

**5. Customer Service**:
○ Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering

expert advice.

○ Coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles.

○ Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
