Deluxe Holiday Homes as a Fleet Administrator In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in coordinating vehicle maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and optimizing routes for efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced regularly to keep them in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring that all vehicles comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as vehicle registration, insurance, and emissions standards.
- Vehicle Acquisition and Disposal: Managing the acquisition of new vehicles, including negotiating purchase, and disposing of old vehicles through sales. It includes Vendor relationship management, Coordination with, bank for mortgage purchase, Documentation of Hayaza process and sales letter.
- Logistics: Drive off with drivers to pick/drop vehicles from Showroom, Service Centre, Third party garages.
- Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling fleet-related costs, such as maintenance, fuel, insurance, and vehicle depreciation, to stay within budget and reimbursement of cash to employees for miscellaneous fleet expenses.
- Fuel & Salik Management: Monitoring fuel usage, monitoring Driver trips.
- Parking Management: Manage vehicles parking allowances and subscriptions i.e RTA seasonal Parking Cards, SMS allowance Accommodation and Office Parking.
- Fleet Safety: Develop and enforce fleet safety policies, including driver training programs, regular safety inspections, and accident reporting procedures.
- Technology Utilization: Implementing and managing fleet management software and telematics systems to track vehicles, monitor driver behavior, and optimize fleet operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
