Dubai, United Arab Emirates OES Asset Integrity Management Full time

OES is a leading international specialist of third-party inspection, audit, appraisal, certification and project services to the oil and gas industry who are currently experiencing rapid growth

We are currently recruiting for Full time Global QHSE to be based in Dubai. Successful applicants are expected to be available immediate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate QHSE globally.
- Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company and statutory authorities as/when required.
- Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues, and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks, and reports for QHSE.
- Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements.
- To provide support for the customers quality department team when needed, filling QHSE questionnaires, providing supportive documentation.
- To measure, analyse customer satisfaction and provide recommendations to improve quality & procedural awareness throughout the business.
- Drive a quality culture focused on simplification & accountability.
- To maintain currency with regulatory changes and advise on procedural modifications.
- Support the Regional Service Delivery Manager in the identification and execution of improvement opportunities and assist and advice on closing CARs in a time frame with all departments within the organization.
- Maintain global NCR register and reporting to management.
- Prepare and maintain QHSE procedural training courses using internal and external resources when required.
- Offer QHSE consultancy to the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates when required.
- Maintain awareness of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to the Company’s operations.
- Check and maintain updated standards on TMS (Technical Management System)
- Maintains the Business Continuity Plans globally
- Responsible for carrying out global audits when required.
- Preparing regular QHSE reports for the management team
- Chair weekly QHSE meetings as required globally.
- Prepare data for and ensure management review meetings are conducted twice a year.
- Arranging and maintaining company accreditation such as ABS, DNV, ISO etc.
- Adhoc requirements as it may arise and assigned by the management.

**HSE Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible to comply with the OES HSE Policy and other policies with HSE Objectives.
- Take care for the health safety and environment to ensure:
1. No harm to themselves and others.

2. No damage to the environment and property.
- Monitor and analyse PDCA Cycle system for documentation within the Department.
- Be responsible for minimizing the use of resources as part of water and energy conservation.
- Shall be responsible for waste management and reducing waste generation by reduce, reuse, and recycle methods.
- Report all types of incidents to HR and HSE Department and participate in investigation to identify root causes and necessary control measures for prevention of recurrence.
- Be responsible for completing the job specific HSE training programs within the allocated time.
- Follow OES HSE Management System and procedures.
- Report to Line Manager and HSE Department instantly any possible danger to any employee and environment.
- Follow stop the work policy.
