We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Temporary IT Sales Associate to join our client’s team for an upcoming conference in Dubai. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling their IT solutions to conference attendees. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your sales skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our IT solutions during the conference, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our IT solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients at the conference to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the IT industry attending the conference.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our IT solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, leads, and achievements during the conference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT solution sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging trends.
- Flexibility to adapt to a temporary position for the duration of the conference.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
