Role and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
- Initiate and Implement Variable Process Innovation Project in overall Samsung SCM operation, Field force Incentive, Retail Mapping, End-to-end Channel Visibility, BI, Master Data, etc.- Organize MENA SCM Training Academy

Skills and Qualifications

What You'll Need:

- 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management system of electronics manufacturing company
- Data analysis oriented; job scope will require evidence-based approach with simulating multiple scenarios at the same time
- Ability to speak Korean is highly advantageous
- Ability to see bigger picture integrating available information and data points for deducing insights
- Capable of looking into issues with different perspectives; to understand audience’s perspectives
- Being able to work under time constraint and meet deadlines with limited guidance
- Strong adequacy in discovering insights derived from data analysis; hiring process will include case study analysis and presentation of materials
