**Full job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients within the event industry, actively engaging in prospecting and lead generation activities.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and services, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Close deals effectively and efficiently.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance the company's competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events and effective communication of client expectations.
**Roels & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven success in sales within the event industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the event industry, including current trends, key players, and client expectations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and proposals effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build mutually beneficial relationships.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- **Results-Driven**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
