**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documentation.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Create, modify, and manage technical drawings using AutoCAD software according to project requirements.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations and documentation to help with proposal submission.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

**Salary**: From AED1,500.00 per month
